Janet Kobobel Grant established Books & Such Literary Agency in 1996 after working in the book publishing industry for more than twenty years. She had her own imprint at Zondervan Publishing and served as managing editor of books at Focus on the Family.
In May 2005 Wendy Lawton joined the agency, bringing her business skills, recognition of strong writing, and marketing prowess to the agency.
Michelle Ule works as the office assistant. She handles behind-the-scenes details and offers opinions on everything from manuscripts to titles for books. Since she has been reading anything and everything for 44 years, she’s an invaluable asset to the agency.
